Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A $25 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments.
Foreign fills are accepted only if the existing lash extensions are in good condition with sufficient retention. If your lashes are not suitable for a fill, a removal and new full set may be recommended.
